What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password or my login does not work?

There is a “Forgot Password?” link on the login page of HR Suite. Enter your email address and your user name and a new password will be emailed to you. 

If the system can’t find your email, or the automated email does not arrive within 10 minutes, please contact policysupport@cusolutionsgroup.com for assistance.
