Gene brings more than 20 years of consulting experience that spans many industries including financial services, municipalities and colleges. Gene previously worked as Organizational Development Manager for Arthur Anderson and holds a master's degree in organizational development from Loyola University, a bachelor's degree in business from Denver University and holds a Senior Professional Human Resources Certificate (SPHR).

Emily Sternberg, SPHR

HR Consultant
Emily has more than 15 years of both strategic and tactical human resource experience. Her experience spans many industries including engineering services, automotive manufacturing and financial services. Prior to her current role, Emily served as Director of Corporate Human Resources. Emily holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and holds a Senior Professional Human Resources Certificate (SPHR).

Joyce Marsh, SPHR

HR Consultant
Joyce brings over 25 years of experience in human resource management, at both the strategic and functional levels. In previous roles, Joyce was responsible for human resource functions supporting international locations in a variety of settings: aerospace, health services, employer services, financial institutions, oil and gas and media. Joyce holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certificate and is a graduate of Emporia State University with a bachelor's degree in business.

Megan has an extensive background in compensation analysis where she has analyzed data spanning over 10 industries, covering hundreds of clients. Prior to joining HR Performance Solutions, Megan spent several years in the financial industry and in recruitment. Megan graduated summa cum laude from Wichita State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management and a minor in Management. Megan holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
