What limited information of yours does HR Performance Solutions collect?
There are two types of information gathered: anonymous information and personally identifiable information.
Anonymous, Automatic Information
Visitors to HR Performance Solutions' website who browse our site are not required to provide any individually identifiable information, such as name, address or phone number. Nor is such information gathered electronically by HR Performance Solutions. However, we do collect some information each time an individual visits our site so that we can diagnose technical problems, continue to provide superior customer service and better understand Web usage.
HR Performance Solutions gathers the visitor's IP address, referral data (the address of the last URL a person visited before clicking to www.hrperformancesolutions.net) and the user's type of browser and platform. This anonymous information is collected automatically, without a visitor registering with our site. In some instances, HR Performance Solutions asks users to provide individually identifiable information to become a member, order a product, request information, receive customer service, demo a product, register for informational emails and similar purposes. We use this information to manage accounts, deliver products and services and provide customer support. We may also compile the information and analyze it in the aggregate to assist in our marketing research.

What Information Does HR Performance Solutions Disclose?
HR Performance Solutions does not sell user information or derive any benefit, commercial or otherwise, from selling personal information about our users. Anonymous Aggregated Information
Our policy of non-disclosure does not limit our ability to aggregate anonymous user demographic data or to target educational, product, sponsorship or advertising information to specific users based on affiliations or geographic locations. Such targeted industry information is one aspect of our site that the user should find valuable.
Third-Party Service Partners
We may also partner with third parties to provide specific services and products. When a client requests these services, we will share names and other necessary contact information so that those services may be provided.
Sales, Mergers or Transfers of Assets
Your personally identifiable information may be transferred as part of a sale, merger or transfer of HR Performance Solutions or a portion of HR Performance Solutions. You will be able to opt-out of further use of your information after such a transaction.

If a user chooses to refer a friend to our site, we will ask for the friend's name and email address. HR Performance Solutions will send a onetime email inviting them to the site. We store that information for the purpose of sending this email. The friend may contact HR Performance Solutions at any time to request removal of this information from our database.
Required Legal Disclosure of Information
In some instances we may be required by law to disclose information to comply with a legal process, such as a subpoena, court order or search warrant.
Credit Cards and Other Sensitive Information
Credit card information that you provide to us is used for billing purposes only. No such information is stored, used or shared for any other purpose.
We have also taken significant administrative and technical actions to attempt to protect against unauthorized access to or disclosure of customer information—both online and offline. We seek to protect the security of your credit card or other sensitive information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Within our offices, we have established operating procedures which restrict employee access to sensitive information. Ongoing employee training to ensure understanding and implementation of privacy procedures and practices occurs regularly. While we cannot guarantee that information loss, alteration or misuse will not occur, we have taken significant steps to prevent such events.
We use a credit card processing company to assist in processing our orders. We also use third party programmers or other outsourcers to assist us with our business. However, these companies do not retain, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose beyond the service we are outsourcing.
Clients are responsible for the use of their passwords. We strongly suggest that you be careful in the use and storage of your password and that you do not provide it to others. We also suggest that you log out of our client area and close your browser after each work session to prohibit unauthorized access by others.
User Access to Edit or Delete Your Information
Users may inform HR Performance Solutions at anytime of changes to their personal information (e.g., name or address) or if they no longer desire our services. Registered users may access and edit their personal information in their user profiles. They may also email this information to Customer Support at email@example.com or phone us at 800.940.7522.
User Opt-out Rights
HR Performance Solutions allows you to opt-out of receiving information on HR Performance Solutions, its products and newsletters, as well as other direct mail offers. This may be done at any time.
