Can I track changes like in Word?

No - the track changes feature in Word is not available in HR Suite.  Most clients will use the text color or highlight formatting as well as strike-through formatting to indicate new text or text that will be removed.  Once the changes are approved, they will delete the strike out text and remove the color formatting,
