Is there any warning if two people are editing the same policy at the same time?
While this is rare, there is nothing that alerts or prevents two users from editing the same policy at the same time. The content edited by the last person to "SAVE" would overwrite any content previously saved. Most clients have only a few people editing content, and usually those people are assigned to different policies. If you do have more than one person responsible for the same policy, we do recommend that you communicate with each other to ensure that you know who is responsible for specific changes and when they will be working on them.
Clients often use the "Editor Notes" to document who applied what change as they are customizing content. This can help keep a clear record of what was changed and by whom if you have multiple authors.
